The PP Fume Hood with Water Scrubber PPW Series combines a polypropylene laboratory fume hood with an integrated water scrubbing system. The equipment incorporates a base cabinet water tank, circulating pump, spray system, and flushing system to support the circulation of absorption solution during operation.
Constructed from 8 mm porcelain white polypropylene (PP), the PPW Series includes multiple valve controls for water circulation, drainage, spraying, and sampling, providing convenient operation and maintenance.
The PPW Series uses a circulating pump to deliver absorption solution from the water tank to the spray system inside the upper cabinet. During operation, the spray system circulates the absorption solution, while the liquid returns to the water tank for recirculation.
The equipment is equipped with dedicated valves for water circulation, spraying, drainage, and sampling. Water level should be maintained within the specified operating range before starting the circulating pump.
