2. Cleaning of Glassware with Oil Stains

Glassware contaminated by paraffin, petrolatum and other grease shall be cleaned separately to prevent cross-contamination. The equipment adopts a combined process: pre-washing at room temperature to remove dust and particles, followed by high-temperature cleaning at 95°C with alkaline detergent to eliminate grease. For aged oil stains, alkaline detergent can be added in the pre-washing stage for better results.

3. Cleaning of Glassware with Organic Residues

For glassware with common organic residues, the washer uses water at 75°C together with alkaline detergent to decompose and remove organic substances thoroughly, meeting standard laboratory cleanliness standards.

4. Cleaning of Glassware with Mixed Residues

For glassware with both organic and inorganic residues, follow the standard procedure: first remove inorganic contaminants with acid detergent, then eliminate organic residues with alkaline detergent, and conduct final rinsing to ensure overall cleanliness.
