Unlike conventional Roots pumps that require complex staged startup procedures, AiFatek’s hydraulic coupling design enables direct startup under atmospheric pressure or high differential pressure, and supports fully synchronous start-stop operation with the primary pump. The pump automatically adjusts its rotational speed to prevent overload and overheating, and triggers instant deceleration protection when foreign objects enter the chamber or pressure fluctuates sharply, resulting in an extremely low failure rate.

This integrated hydraulic structure eliminates the need for bypass piping, auxiliary valves or external frequency converters, greatly simplifying system configuration, cutting installation costs and easing daily operation. The pump runs smoothly with minimal vibration and low noise, and adopts a modular structure for straightforward maintenance and reduced downtime.
