The Polypropylene Fume Hood PP Series is designed to provide effective containment and exhaust of hazardous fumes while utilizing polypropylene (PP) construction for the main structure, worktop, and lining. It is widely used in pharmaceutical production, food processing, scientific research institutions, electronics manufacturing, electrical production, and new energy industries.
The PP Series combines optimized airflow performance, ergonomic operation, and flexible laboratory integration to support a variety of laboratory ventilation requirements.
The PP Series draws laboratory air through the sash opening into the working chamber to capture hazardous fumes generated during laboratory operations. As the sash opening changes, the exhaust airflow adjusts accordingly to maintain a face velocity of 0.5 m/s. The contaminants are directed through the exhaust manifold and discharged via the laboratory ventilation system. The base cabinet can also be connected to the exhaust system when required.
The main structure, worktop, and lining are manufactured from PP materials, with the main structure using 8 mm thick polypropylene.
The exhaust system is designed to provide effective contaminant retention while operating with relatively low exhaust airflow rates.
The airflow system adjusts according to sash opening height to achieve a face velocity of 0.5 m/s.
The increased gas collecting hood height contributes to improved exhaust efficiency.
Large inspection panels, removable fittings, and hollow front columns simplify maintenance procedures.
Supports optional utility connections, exhaust configurations, and laboratory accessories.
