Engineered for space-constrained vacuum setups, the valve features an ultra-short overall footprint that saves 1/3 of installation space compared with conventional gate valves, making it an optimal choice for compact vacuum line layouts and equipment integration. Its valve body adopts a fully internal welding process, which minimizes outgassing and creates a smooth, easy-to-clean internal cavity, meeting the high cleanliness requirements of semiconductor, biopharmaceutical and precision research applications.

In terms of sealing performance, the valve achieves an ultra-low leakage rate of <1×10⁻⁹ mbar·l/s and operates stably across a vacuum range from 1000 mbar down to 1×10⁻⁹ mbar, covering rough, medium, high and ultra-high vacuum working conditions. It is designed with multiple sealing mechanisms, and the actuator adopts a rotary dynamic seal with FKM O-rings to ensure long-term sealing reliability.

Built for heavy-duty continuous operation, the valve features a low-friction design that extends the maintenance cycle to over 300,000 switching cycles, significantly reducing long-term operation and maintenance costs. It delivers smooth, low-vibration switching performance to avoid disrupting sensitive vacuum processes.

The full product line covers six standard models — GV100, GV160, GV200, GV250, GV320 and GV400 — with nominal diameters from 100mm to 400mm and standard ISO flange connections for seamless compatibility with mainstream vacuum systems.
